By using focus-nudge ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

focus-nudge is a browser-based productivity tool that schedules break and eye-rest reminders. The Free tier is provided as-is. The Pro tier (₹299/month) adds the AI interrupt scheduler, additional nudge types, analytics, and screen-share awareness.

3. Accounts & billing

Pro is billed monthly via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (global). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or resell the Service without permission.

5. Disclaimer

focus-nudge is a productivity aid, not medical advice. Eye-rest and posture reminders are general wellness suggestions. Consult a professional for health concerns.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
