focus-nudge is privacy-first by design. We comply with India's DPDP Act 2023 and are GDPR-aware.

What we collect

The core focus tracker runs entirely in your browser. Your activity signals (timing of keystrokes and mouse movement — never their content), rhythm model, and analytics are stored in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to our servers.

Payments

When you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Razorpay or Stripe. We receive only the information needed to provision your subscription (e.g. payment status). Card details never touch our servers.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, cookieless web analytics (aggregate page views) to improve the product. No personal profiles are built.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act and GDPR you may access, correct, or delete your data. Since core data is local, you can clear it anytime from Settings or your browser. For payment records, contact support@aiskillhub.info.
